This is an easy cozy mystery. The book is part of a loose series. You do not need to read the other books to enjoy the story. The characters are likable, but the mystery is not much of a mystery. The most mysterious thing to me is why so many characters in books want to run a bakery. Do you know what time you need to wake up to start baking? Bakeries, who have a fresh traditional morning menu, start baking between 2-4 AM.
Angie Hickman was an excellent narrator.
