This just amps up everything that is so great about the first book. The world building, the chemistry and mystery. I’m really enjoying that we are discovering everything as readers at the same as Lorelei, so you can easily project yourself onto her. Lorelei and Vincent are giving us all the spice we need, Lorelei’s clothing do not stand a chance. Secrets are revealed and there is still so much goodness to come.
Tim Page can obviously be my growly inner demon any time. And Sarah Puckett is just elite. You can get lost in just being these characters and it’s a brilliant escape from reality.
I’m LOVING this series and I can’t wait for the next book.
