Dom and Arden are both damaged people struggling to get over their pasts but are able to find refuge in one another. With their story we learn how hurtful words can be when used as weapons meant to inflict pain and that forgetting can be difficult. Arden struggles with the pain of losing her entire family and being the only survivor.
