This was a decent story with great potential. I thought it was interesting. The narration was good. The biggest issue I have with this book has to do with the show me, don’t tell me. This book was largely told to us. Even so, I still enjoyed the story. That speaks to the interesting world that was presented here. I may even purchase the next book in the series, hoping that the author will improve. If he continues to make the same mistake I will likely not continue beyond that though.
