I picked this book up on a bit of a whim, having had less than spectacular luck with books on this topic in the past.
The content is relatable, the writing style is crazy approachable, and the delivery by the narrator is superb. It takes the topic that can be very intimidating to approach and makes it easy by using plenty of tongue in cheek humor. I couldn’t be happier with it.
