- Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
- The bool was just alright and I didn’t enjoy myself reading it. Hence, I wouldn’t be actively recommending it to my friends.
I cringed at the Steve Jobz name play and the attempt at making the story “relevant to modern times” by making the character a “former cop who shot a guy of color”. These two things didn’t contribute anything to the plot, other than cultural references. The book started very slow and I kept waiting for it to pick up pace. It finally did after some time. But the story didn’t quite get interesting. It was just alright.
