I love all of the Cradle books by Will Wight. They simply never disappoint – book candy through and through. Travis Baldree’s performance is amazing as well. He has the perfect voice for these books and gives so much consistent personality to each of the characters that you are never at a loss for who is speaking. It easy, listening to him read, to fall into the story and let it take you on it’s wild Will Wight ride.
As for what made this book even more enjoyable than the earlier books for me, I’d have to say it was Dross. I loved the character. It’s humor really kept me engaged. I laughed out loud several times while out and about running errands and enjoying the book a the same time. It was that fun.
I’m hoping more listeners will find this series and give it a try! Simply amazing. I cant wait for the next one and am lucky that “Underlord” will be out in only a few more days.
