I did figure out what held the MC at the property almost right away, but I was raised on Welsh and Scottish tales. Despite knowing the big reveal, the characters and story held my interest. Great main characters, interesting side characters, and solid world building. I’ve listened to both audiobooks by this author and can say without a doubt that I look forward to more books in either of those worlds.
