Today I have a book review for you on a book called Rush by C.A Harms.
Now this author is new to me. So I’m very excited to review this book for you. This book was a shocker. It if you have been in any sort of domestic abuse physically abusive honestly any kind of abuse I would go into this story with caution. The 1st couple of chapters as deals with sexual abuse as well as physical abuse in a marriage. I don’t want anybody to had triggered. So that is why I am giving you this trigger warning.
Now this story is and story of a woman trying to get away from her abusive husband and in her journey finding a new life for herself. I honestly thought the story was good. It took me some time to get into because as I’ve said there is some abuse in the story and for meIt takes me a little bit of time to get into stories like that but once you move on through those chapters it really is about our main character finding her own voice. Our main character female her name is kensley and for our male narrator I actually share a name with him his name is Ashton. Although we do spell ours differently. So that was something kind of cool in the story that I found. Ashton is sort of the typical billionaire Jack have and the beginning of the story. I don’t want to give too much away but I would definitely highly recommend this book.
This book was given to me to review I did requested period of but just because the book was given to me it does not sway at my opinion at all.
