Almost perfection minus one very distracting flaw.

This series is awesome. The story was great, Phil Thron is outstanding as a narrator as always. The dramatized version is entertaining and the rest of the voice acting cast was surprisingly good and fitting for their roles.

There’s just one major flaw in the whole production. The sound design is horrible & extremely distracting at times. Not the sound effects so much – they’re fine. But the music. The music is horribly timed, and doesn’t fit with the mood or pace of the storyline at all. It seriously sounds like someone took a bunch of public domain free use songs and just threw them in under the audio with no care or thought to it. Sometimes it’s okay, but a lot of times during the production, I found it incredibly distracting.
