Would you try another book from Vincent Zandri and/or Andrew B. Wehrlen?
I’ve listened to a lot from both. My expectations from my previous experiences weren’t met by either in this book, but I would still listen to others by them.
Has The Guilty turned you off from other books in this genre?
I’m less interested in this series by the author.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
Mr Werhlen usually does an incredible job with voice distinctions. This was not one of his best narrations. But perhaps he shouldn’t give his all to a book that was flailing. You know, sometimes you can only work with what you’ve got. Can’t turn everything into gold.
You didn’t love this book… but did it have any redeeming qualities?
The book description had a promising mystery. It just didn’t quite meet the hype.
