I don’t usually write a book review. Although some hard topics in this book, it was a love story. At points, this book is graphic, making your stomach turn. Then, there are moments so tender, your eyes leak. The characters are well written. The plot and subplot are wrapped up beautifully for the story told. The emotional roller-coaster is rough. You can picture everything perfectly because of the descriptions depicted. This is the first book that I’ve read by this author. I wasn’t disappointed. I look forward to reading something else by said author. If you can stomach a tough subject without judgment, you’ll enjoy this.
