I finished book one and I am in the middle of book 2 the first thing I thought was this is a spin on Ready Player One. When I got into book two it still had an air of Ready Player Two.
The stories aren’t bad but the narration could be better. Narration itself is good but the added sound effects are annoying and are not needed. I wish they would leave it to the story and the narration to build the image in your mind and not overdo it with the sound effects.
