The minute I found out this book was released on audible I jumped at the chance to read it. I finished the entire book in just a few days. Once again Ms. Franco draws you in and makes you hang on every word and fight to keep from speeding up the narration just to find out what will happen.
This second installment provides more back story, bombshells, and hits that just keep coming. I once again stand by my previous statement that while the book has an age-gap relationship, this could easily be removed and provide a PG version with all of the other stories and relationships that are taking place; not to mention Adrianna’s desire to get to the Olympics.
Again Ms. Puckett provides excellent narration and accents for the characters. I will admit that after finishing the audible version, I couldn’t wait for book three so I obtained it for my kindle. I started reading and undoubtedly hear Ms. Puckett in my head, especially for Kova. I can’t wait to hear her read it for real.
I recommend this series even if you are not a fan of the age-gap relationship portion of the book. If that really isn’t your thing there is more than enough to keep a reader’s interest and keep you wondering until the end.
