I think the book gives good perspective, if interpretated in moderation. For example his examples of staff working til 1am to get stuff done, or flying all night for 8am meeting: I think that shows staff are living in fear of losing their jobs. I don’t like rush to wait environments. People make mistakes on a regular work day; moreso at 1am.

Read this then ‘5 Dysfunctions of a Team’ or Simon Sinek for a level headed approach to people management.

Yes, this book is for 10+ employees growing, not starting; all would gain benefits from starting early
