Action-packed new series.

I recently read Hunting the Mirror Man and really enjoyed it, I’ve included my original review after this introduction based on listening to the review copy of the audio book I received from the publisher. Listening to Jonathan Beville’s narration held me spellbound, his ability to bring all the characters to life through a variety of voices made it much mor an experience than had he just read it.

This first installment in the new Sterling Gray series by Brian Shea and Ty Hutchinson is an action-packed roller-coaster ride. It was interesting to see how the authors developed Sterling’s backstory as they moved the serial killer story along in an unpredictable fashion. While Sterling is an accomplished Profiler, he has the unenviable tendency to get on the wrong side of his FBI Supervisor, not to mention tank his personal life. If this book is any predictor of this series, I’m looking forward to the next episode to see how Sterling succeeds or not in the previously mentioned areas.
