So absolutely amazing! I’ve never read/listened to an rpg type book before (though I do play tabletop games myself) and found the style incredibly engaging and entertaining. I was enthralled by the story that easily pulled you one chapter to the next. The characters were real and vivid, the dialog had me out loud laughing at times, and I mainlined this book faster than any I’d read in ages. It was exceptionally well done!
the narration was amazing as well, quick becoming my favorite I’ve listen to so far. I love the small but impactfull effects that were woven throughout but not overdone. Can’t wait to read the next one!!
