I love a good zombie story and I love a story set in Antarctica so this book was a winner for me right off the bat. That said, even though the content is my favorite, this story really succeeds in being action packed and scare inducing. I thought the characters were well written, people died at a good rate and the tension never lowered throughout.
Kevin Pierce is one of my top three favorite narrators on Audible. I would listen to anything he reads, his performance is always pitch perfect and incredibly satisfying. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes an action/zombie thriller! It’s a great one. I do hope there is a sequel as ‘Erebus’ did end on a cliff hanger and I want to hear more!
