Not a bad book by any means. With that being said, I did question whether it not to keep listening. There was quite a few times I was almost screaming at the main character to do, not only what he was told his character type (bard) did, but also what his original world self did. I definitely appreciated some of the side characters, Cir was very optimistic which was refreshing. But the whininess of the main character was very frustrating, though I realize that is probably what the writers were trying to convey. I will probably give the sequel a try to see how it grows. To the writers: I’m sending you positive vibes… 😁
