I was just aimlessly looking through the sci-fi fantasy catalog when I happened upon this book. It has turned out to be one of my favorite series in years. The events that take place are interesting and the story is compelling enough in its own way. All the characters are well fleshed out and unique as well. It was my first LitRpg book, so I was surprised by the amount of depth they went into the actual RPG roles. By the end I was ready for more and immediately bought the second book Dungeon Lord: Otherworldly Powers. Now I am anxiously awaiting for the third installment to come out. I have recommended this to many of my family members and friends; it’s just great!
