I really liked how this book pulled together ideas from several other business books I’ve enjoyed such as Patrick Lencioni, Michael Gerber & Jim Collins. I have a second interview with a company that uses Traction as a framework and I’m hoping to mention it in my interview. I might even create a few rocks to share.
