Picked this one up on as whim basically looking for something new to listen to while waiting on a few audios still in production. Good bye another 4 credits as I intend to grab the rest currently available in audio..

Strong urban fantasy set in New Orleans. Love the author’s take on the skill of necromancy: with very much a what you do with a skill defines if it’s good or evil.
Competent characters form a strong foundation.
Very much ticks most of my boxes for enjoyable.
