I don’t usually like literary RPG’s. Industrial magic, however, is a notable exception. While it does have some stat/video game talk it doesn’t ever take you out of the story or reduce the action scenes to a series of long winded math problems. So, great action only a small amount statistical water boarding and a likable but reasonably flawed main character. I think it’s well worth a credit and I look forward to the next book.
