I’ve listened to or read all of Abrahams’ books, I like his writing and the style he has in the books. I haven’t run into any that I haven’t liked so far. I like the premise behind this series, it basically will be a series of various apocalyptic events, and how a certain group of people survive or perish during the event. It states in the beginning that different people live or die depending on what event has occurred, and that is something I find interesting.
Ash is about a nuclear bomb/warhead exploding in LA and the survival and demise of the citizens. It is a great story, and has pretty much everything you’d expect in an apocalyptic book, death, survival, fights, guns, etc. The next book in the series comes out in about two months, and I will be waiting for that one as well.
