Ren and Mateo have little in common at the start, and yet they click. Both of these characters grow and become more together than who they are as individuals. Lovely story with rich settings and snappy dialogue. Joel Leslie is the perfect narrator to build vibrancy beyond mere words on the page. He made the scenes so real I had to stop whatever I was doing and just listen. Highly recommend.
