Okay…. I loved this book. Was it heart breaking? Yes, yes it was. Was it also a beautiful love story? Yes, yes it was. The book is also pretty heavy. If you read it you need to be ready for the heart ache right off the bat. There is no working you into it. It hits your right in the face a couple of pages in.

The story begins with Brant at age 4 and going through the tragic story of his life and ends with age 37. The story begins with June when she is brought home from the hospital. June is Thea’s little sister who happens to be Brants best friend and very shortly after age 4 their adopted brother. There are 2 tragic events that take place in this book.

Just when you think all hope is lost, a beautiful love story transpires and it heals your heart after all the tragic events that happen you get closure and your heart leave the book happy and fulfilled. It’s Just a wild ride to get there.

If there is one thing that Jennifer knows how to do well and that is capturing her readers. I could not stop listening to this book. I was so enraptured by the book I needed to know what happened and what was going to happen. You will not be disappointed reading this book.
