When James Harris‘s wife was murdered during a home invasion it not only triggered his childhood abuse but left him feeling guilty and wanting justice but when all the police do is let him down he takes matters into his own hands. This was a great book and James was a great character because unlike most books where a husband or father is out for revenge James isn’t a macho beat him up and take names later type of character but one who has limits and knows he isn’t a fighter but wants justice regardless and I think that makes him an awesome character. This is it sort read but a great one it isn’t easy to make a good thriller so short but Phil M Williams seems to always do just that. I did like the narrator and thought he did a pretty good job I always enjoy these books and this one is no exception.
