If you like a holier-than-thou, self-righteous, know-it-all as a main character, you’ll like Josh. I very much enjoyed the story and setting of everything, but it’s a little too “on the nose” for me. The author has his interpretation of the Bible and revelations, and doesn’t leave much for the reader to use their imagination. I’m a big fan of the conspiracy theories and I am more than cautious of the evil in the world, but take it easy, and maybe leave a little fire the reader to interpret. I’ve been in an “America is in danger” mood, and this book satisfied that appetite, but I probably will find another author to satisfy the craving from now on.
