This is my first read/listen to by Sara Fields. I think I’m a bit lost since this isn’t my normal read and I jumped in on book two. I went and found book one on Kindle Unlimited so will most definitely read it to get a whole picture and continue with the series. Even though this is a standalone, Triss’s story, it was definitely left open for more. It was a great read right before bedtime. LOL
The narrators did a great job. I have enjoyed hearing both of them before this read. I especially enjoyed Jack Calihan’s deep gravelly voice.
