A little Gary Stu but still a good read.

I’ve listened to books that were so Gary Stu I lost count as to how many times I rolled my eyes even at double speed. The first two books were a bit Gary Stu and this one was a bit more but manageable.

The main character still has faults but I only rolled my eyes once at how adult and kingly others see him at times. I’m hoping the rest of the series doesn’t jump the shark.
