it is hard as the other books have been so good. for the most part the story up until the last 3rd was good besides all the edge lord poor me monologs that MC did. a lot of the development of the MC the author was trying to do just ended up not working or back tracking so it was not consistent or confusing.
the last 3rd of the book was where it kind of went off the rails with a lot of missing information and jumping around to things that had inconsistent information.
I was able to finish the book but a major disappointment.
