Mr McDermott is a great story teller and he did not disappoint. The characters were well explained and it was easy not to put it down. I also enjoyed your explanation of your process and the rabbit hole you traveled to do your research on the solar flares. I am not a pepper or a doomsday follower, but I do think that things like solar flares do escape our everyday lives notice. Thank you for a wonderful story.
