I enjoyed listening to this story. It has depth, twists and turns, mystery and plenty of supernatural activities. Oh and lots of steam! The characters are nicely developed and the plot flows well. The sex scenes are well written and quite hot. There is quite a bit of detail given but it’s needed to build this world, although I feel it could’ve been just a little less and still have the same impact. The narration was good. My main complaint would be the mispronunciation of several words. It was annoying but didn’t take away from the story for me. Still, Sarah Puckett should be more aware of how she says the words she’s reading. The characters were given their own voices and emotions. This was a very entertaining and enjoyable listen for me and I highly recommend it if you enjoy steamy supernatural stories.
