This has been a wonderful series! From the beginning of book one to the end of this book, I’ve loved every minute. Soundbooth theater is wonderful, as always, and I don’t get the gripes about the sound effects, I think they add character to the narration, and really allow for immersion. Edward is a fantastic character, both fallible and extremely likable, and I think a lot of people can identify with him. And I even felt sympathy for Ryan in this book, when the previous novels seemed to be building him up as a rival to Ed, but Huesca turned the tables on that assumption. Frankly, almost every character is well written, and doesn’t always behave how you’d expect, which I find refreshing. All in all, I’m eagerly awaiting Book 5, though rumor has it on Reddit that Huesca has been quiet for the past few months. Understandable, with the current state of affairs, but I sincerely hope that he’s well, and will be able to publish the fifth novel soon. Everything in the story is building up to an epic conclusion someday, and I truly hope to find out what happens to Ed and the Haunt. This story has drawn me in so much, my YouTube watching habit has fallen by the wayside! Besides, I need something gripping to spend credits on, and until ELLC finally gets its book 5 narrated, I’ll have to hunt for another tale!
