I tried reading this book on my own and couldn’t even make it a hour into it before I gave up the translation alone made it unreadable, so when I say jeff and the crew narrated it I thought hell this could be great, and the narration was amazing…that’s quite literally the only thing this book has going for it.
The story is so twisted and incomprehensible that it’s a miracle anyone can finish it, add to it the plot armor is so thinly veiled it might as well be written into every encounter.
If your someone that loves digging into the details about systems or watching as the characters explore the world dont bother, yar just mystically knows everything important and if he doesn’t know it then it’s not expanded on at all.
In conclusion this is by far the worst book I’ve had the displeasure of reading not just this year but in the last 5 years
