I liked the reincarnation concept in this story. I thought it was a unique approach to the concept and made the main characters very interesting. I also really liked how the magic/powers were set up in the story. Basically, the author did a good job world/character building. The bad guys are REALLY bad and make for a great foil to the main characters. The narration is fantastic and really brought the story to life in my imagination. I really hope this turns into a series, I’d like to see more from this duo.
