This is my favorite trope- enemies to lovers!! I enjoyed this fast paced read. The minute Blaine walks into Psychologist Mira’s office she can’t stand him. He’s such a cocky jerk and is so full of himself but she can’t help the things he does to her body! He doesn’t even make it through a full session before she kicks him out.
Little does she know that her mobster dad that’s she’s tried so hard to escape will show and arrange her to marry none other than Blaine. Just as her and Blaine have a heart to heart, she realizes he’s pregnant! She then has another surprise and realizes Blaine represents exactly what she tried so hard to escape. If not for herself, she knows now what she must do for her child- escape for good!
The end had me on the edge!! I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next! I listened to the audible version and the narrators did a great job! I can’t wait to read Marcus’s story!! A great first read by Nora Ash!
