A great beastkin story

This has everything you need for a great story:

1. Likeable main character. He’s a young badger orphan. Like everyone else in the story, he’s a beastkin, or just a kin. Badgers have the advantage / disadvantage of being fearless, but also have poor eyesight.

2. A sense of danger. The main character is basically a young street kid in a dangerous city. Just getting food is often a problem.

3. Intelligent adversaries and a believable plot. Also, the plot never gets into a rut. At one point in the story, I thought … he’s going to be here for awhile. But no, two minutes later I was proven wrong.

4. (litRPG) Interesting underlying system.

5. Excellent moderators.

I really liked this one.
