The classic text did not disappoint. Equal parts humor and keen human insight. Mark Twain is one of the few authors I read growing up that hasn’t tarnished with age.

The narration by Jeff Hays was pretty good. I especially liked his voices for Hank and Clarence. I wasn’t overly fond of his voice for Sandy, however. The overall tone was colloquial–well-suited to the material.
