I think it’s hard to say “Hidden gem” at this point, but it sure wasn’t on my radar until long after I read other LitRPGs. Great fast paced writing, a constant sense of real urgency, and a nearly unlimited potential in the progression system the internal game uses.
I’m not completely done, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorite series. Jeff Hayes is excellent as always.
