1st…I LOVED the “GALAXY OUTLAW” & “MERCY FOR HIRE” stories. ALL 14 KAGILLION HOURS of them. Some of the most fun Ive ever had listening to audiobooks, and with a stellar narrator to boot.
“ASTRAL PRIME”….(sigh)…not so much.
The Narrator being the only thing that kept me in it.
The story itself….the loooooooong, boring, all over the place, mixed bag of “what the heck is going on” story…was making me beg to an end.
An end…that quite frankly…i cant even remember, because i was too busy fantasizing about which audio books I will be listening to next.
Sorry. I hate to write such a personal review.
I did like a couple of characters ..at times ..but loved none of them.
Im glad i listened to GALAXY OUTLAWS AND MERCY FOR HIRE back to back before I listen ASTRAL PRIME… I feel if I would have listened to this book before Mercy for hire I would have never have delved into Espers story.
