I liked that the author didn’t gon to the norem of a *pretty young lady” sleeping with her male hero. Not sure of I’ll head the rest of the series but let Axe remain with Connie, a last y closer to his age.
I’m 60:40 with continuing on with this series. First book was a good read. we’ll see.
