I think, while certain parts of this book might not be as punchy as previous installments, the focus on characters and story arcs is getting stronger and stronger.
The climax of this book led up to so many different emotional ties and so many moments of pent up energy that it was just masterwork craftiness. It totally had me hooked throughout. I’m almost caught up with the series and it’s giving me anxiety to know I only have one book left. now I have to pace myself and wait for a free credit instead of just splurging on it right now when I so easily could and should… But then what?
