The way this is written feels like the author is assuming the audience is dumb. Main character constantly repeated and rephrased sentences throughout multiple chapters. Female main characters feel poorly written. The writing had a tendency to under explain, over explain, or contradict itself. I was very excited to see a third installment, and this book was a let down. This book wasn’t bad, but compared to others in this series it was upsetting to see an incomplete product. More time editing should be given because the story is promising. Narrating team did a phenomenal job throughout.
