This novel had a common arc that went through most of it, which kept my interest. There wasn’t really a definitive climax though, same as the previous novel. That’s the only reason why I docked a star, but everything together in this book makes it more like a 4.5 rating. I’ve really grown to like Joe’s neighbors. Sarah was a real standout especially, but all of them are very good. I would recommend this book.
