really good read!

I really enjoyed this book having gotten hooked on this genre of books after listening to the ritualist. the main thing that I didn’t like about it was that the main character is supposed to be one of the most knowledgeable players and have the game experience to match that. yet he seems to repeatedly to be confused by things and not be able to understand concepts that should be easy enough for a player as experienced as him to grasp quickly or even immediately.

overall this book was very entertaining with good amounts of humor and a strong driven plot and clearly visible goal.
