The description I read of this series that drew me in was “Firefly with space wizards”. That pretty much sums it up. Bad guys who are not really bad guys (see Han Solo/the crew of Serenity/Deadpool…) make for relatable characters. The story is very well done, the Narration is wonderful! My wife and I started this on a cross country road trip. It lasted us for the whole trip and we couldn’t stop listening when we returned home. Highly recommend!
