Overall a decent tribute to EMP thrillers. There are how ever many gaps and problems with the story. If you understand anything about an EMP it destroys anything electronic that is not shielded, are you telling me a retired cop shielded a brand new SUV thinking about an EMP? I highly doubt it. Are you also going to tell me that three women living in the country by themselves are going to shield an old sedan? I highly doubt it it also seems that this gentleman one of the book in way too soon because there were too many gaps in the story in the book could’ve been much longer and much more suspenseful. With all that being said it was still a decent story and the characters are fairly well defined.
