Narration seems so disconnected from the way the author would likely read his own work that, for the first time, I simply can’t finish this work. I will actually go out and by the physical book (since the story and material is so highly recommended and seems to meet my expectations of it).
Specifically, from very early on I started to hear an up and DoWn strange rhythm that is simply unnatural, particularly for this type of subject matter and what appears to be a slightly technical style.
In fairness the narrator has a great voice but the delivery style doesn’t match the writing to the point ill request a refund and can’t finish.
