I’ve read a lot of true crime and this seems to be an interesting story that just doesn’t quite hit the mark. The characters aren’t well developed and I didn’t walk away feeling I understood them as much as I usually do in these types of books. Way too much time is spent talking abt alcoholism and it seems to end abruptly.
